Hi, I’m Sumedha Bahri, founder of Highest Speak Pro. I help professionals, executives, and teams communicate with clarity, confidence, and impact — whether it’s delivering a high-stakes federal or commercial presentation, acing a critical job interview, or simply building a stronger, more confident voice. I also believe in giving kids a confident voice early, which is also why I created Highest Speak for Kids.

I hold a J.D. and a B.S. in Biomedical and Mechanical Engineering, and my career has spanned being a Senior Patent Attorney, engineer, adjunct law professor, stand-up comic, keynote speaker, and public speaker. I’ve coached teams at companies like Microsoft, Meta, CACI, Peraton, SAIC, Serco, OBX, Maximus, Booz Allen Hamilton, and many more — helping them win federal and commercial bids worth up to $1.8 billion or elevate their teams’ communication skills. I have also provided coaching for key members of the government on speeches, panels, and more.

I am humbles that several executives and C-suite clients call me “the Magician” for my ability to transform even the most nervous speakers into confident, compelling presenters.
